The Permanent Secretary President’s Office, Public Service Management Mr. Joseph Rugumyamheto reveals that the ongoing Public Service Reform Program that his Ministry is undertaking has been achieved through effective leadership at every public service level.

The program that has been established by (Tanzania Public Service Commission TPSC) and Tanzania Global Development Learning Centre (TGDLC) and sponsored by JICA has intention of enhancing leadership excellence on ethical leadership for more than 300 government executives within three year time.
